A very difficult and complex subject which I would have shrunk, to be quite honest, from tackling in any medium other than one in which I could layer paint and hide my mistakes! It works well - the only small note of criticism is that I think where you've scratched out branches in the trees on the right, if you'd waited a bit you'd have got a cleaner and better result; it just looks a bit as if you had to fight with it (speaking from bitter experience). But it's very easy to criticize someone else's painting from the comfort of the keyboard.....
