I certainly don't think you should scrap this Brian, there are a lot of good points to it. Its well drawn, I think the reflections work well, perhaps there could be more counterchange with the tones? It is a complicated scene and I think you have done well.

I live about 15km from this magnificent place and I must say: you got the atmosphere very well. Don't bin this, it is lovely. The building, the bridge and the reflections are very good!
