I don't know the difference Brian ,but I do know what I like and its this painting, buildings ,water, reflections all wonderfully painted , well done.

I am trying various type of paper, but do not know enough yet to have a preference. Agree with Willian, I do like this painting.

Interested in your choice of paper. I am trying out saunders, and am not at all sure I like it, though it has a very good reputation. It seems to deaden the colours! Interesting painting, it copes with the architecture very well, and has a real sense of distance
