So much to look at in these three paintings Brian. Brilliant!

Your placing of lights and darks together with superb drawing skills makes this shine

I like the painting but, in my dim and distant past, when we played this game, it was called 'Bum the Scrub' (I haven't a clue why). British Bulldog, for us was a different game where you had to get from one side of the yard to the other without being lifted off the ground by the lads in the middle. Once your feet left the ground, you joined the lads in the middle in lifting those left who were still trying to get across the yard.

I too remember this as British Bulldog at school in the 40's, but we all wore short trousers then. All the paintings are brilliant.
