She looks a real character too. I love the way you have drawn her paws, very well observed.

Thank you Ruth, the dogs alert the staff in the hotel (which is on the pontoon - it was originally a logging camp) to any wild life that visits, black bears and otters and seals. They form a welcome committee for the boat plane (only means of access) and are all part of the wonderful experience. You'll notice how long her claws are - she only walks on wood and in boats!
