Nice treatment in the water Brian, the left hand grasses are very interesting....are they scraped out? I like the composition.

Yes they are Fiona. I use a craft knife as you can get different thicknesses using it.

It's very effective Brian, I have tried this technique to represent tree trunks etc but I can never get the timing right and end up with a dark line instead where the paint has flooded in.

Nice work Brian, I think old Ron would approve, as fiona has said, the water is very well handled.
