This iamge was painted years ago in water with pastel pencil overlay to make the colour pop a bit more. The scene is quite old and since Dubai is constantly expanding, this scene is a little more crowded with more buildings. The water in the front is streaming with dows bringing in goods from nearby countries. I hope you like it
