The forms and shapes are there Billy and as Fiona has said some nice tonal work, if I was to say anything in the way of advice it would be, when first starting, don't try to hard and expect to get things perfect, enjoy what you do and use the gallery to look at other people's work to get ideas, you will find it comes and you will find your own style, you have already made a nice start, keep going and enjoy.

Thanks Malcom I will take that advice. I have a small range of pencils and I am trying to see what they will do individually with different pressure. I think I was always fixated with the 'result'. I have some much looser sketches around somewhere. I like to scetch lots and I am really enjoying my art now. Feedback and tips like this helps. Thanks again.
