Hi.Bill, how very nice to see one of your lovely paintings on here again. i just love this, its beautiful..and soft...and kind of dreamy. and looks a lovely place. can just imagine myself sitting on the beach, under that beautifull sky......just lost in my own thoughts. its also beautifuly framed. as usaul, unlike mine that usually end up in a plastic ......sleeve....to...be...hidden under the bed. lol.

Beautiful gentle painting. I like the waves and slight reflection of the sky in the sea. Many thanks for your valuable feedback on my last watercolour. Carole.

What lovely reflections on the sea, also the effect of the waves rolling in & the waves hitting the rocks in the distance. A well composed painting, i like it very much. regards Max

Bill, I nearly missed this one. Lovely sky and waves very well done. Thank you for the comment on Spring Lambs - much appreciated and always.

Hi there Bill, many thanks for all your lovely comments on my paintings....they are very much appriecated....especially from such a "superb artist...as youself. i would like a tip though.... i allways use a 200 pound weight not paper. ( Langton) and love to do wet in wet...but can never use.....masking fluid on the paper....as when time to remove it....it just tears the paper!!!!! any ideas..... gratefully.....recieved. (me thinks i know what you would say..... "well it's best not to use it then.!!!! lol.) regards ....irene.

Always remember Irene, when working wet-n-wet use the heaviest paper you can, not just to prevent cockling, but also because masking fluid is easier to remove. Good luck. love Bill.

Yes i can see your point about the heavier weight paper, but allways used to use ..140 pound weight Langton rough paper! and never had any problems with removing the masking fluid..??? so in theory...it should come off the 200lb with no problems at all!!!! but it doesn't.???? i also use masking tape..to tape to my board, and that has to be...low-tack...as the normal one..."guess what? yep your right...it tears the paper.!!!!!! so have you ....any idea what to do???? i surpose i could change the type of paper....but can't see how that would help!!!.......mmmm. problems.... problems!!!! best wishes...irene.
