Derby Silk Mill

A lovely painting, Rikke. Once again your sky and the colours you have used on the building are superb!!

What great colour and composition Rikke.

A super painting Rikke. Love the details of the balustrade, buildings and bridge. The use of contrasting colours give it a wow factor!

Lovely Rikke, great colours.

Thank you David, Shaun, Spencer and Denise. Much appreciated.

Thank you Heather. Much appreciated. Just have to decide what to paint.

Thank you Sarah. Much appreciated.

Once again Rikke your colours in the sky and buildings are so good !

Thank you Richard. Much appreciated.

A super painting Rikke using a very vibrant pallette.

A great historical building Rikke beautifully done. In the 60’s it was owned by Electricity Board, my husband did some training there, a large sub station built nearby is still being used. It is now a industrial museum, ( The Museum of Making). The beautiful bridge over the river Derwent is beautifully done too.

Thank you Chris and Carole. Much appreciated. I did check up in it. Fascinating history Carole and it's amazing your hubby has a connection to it.

So well composed, with lovely atmosphere. Very nicely done, Rikke.

Thank you Seok. Much appreciated.

Hang on Studio Wall

The first in a UK series I am thinking of doing highlighting historical buildings and places.
