thank you ladies and gentlemen for your kind comments. For this painting and another one, the Iris, despite the weak motif and texture, again I tried to imitate the brush strokes of Renoir and Van Gogh. These to masters are basically too complicated for me to understand their works however I will have always fun to rub the brush on canvas and see some similarities to what they used to do !! big hug
