Thankyou everyone for your lovely comments. Tao, on the reproduction the signature does look too heavy but on the original it does not. Like I said I struggled to get a good scan reproduction - if anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful. I often find that tiny things do not come out as well as I would like

in answer to your question about scanning.Brenda I always take a photograph rather than scanning then do the adjustments before posting , I can only scan A4 anyway , but it might help.
