Party boat! Okay so they are not balloons but marker buoys on a crabber vessel but they look like balloons and have such a jolly, bright and colourful attitude that I just had to give the painting this title. The agitated water in the bay on the morning which this represents allowed me to stir up the pinks, reds and oranges with the cream coloured shapes into a frenzied and toxic cocktail of summer hues.
