This painting shows the 'liquefied' reflections of a small trawler - PH600 -. A fortunate combination of colours as the yellow strip on the boat and the blue of the sea blend perfectly to realise the green of the hull. Reflections and shadows have always held a fascination for me due to the manner in which they distort and translate the actual, tangible world around us.
