Another good one

Yes, something remote and sparse about the Karroo one always remembers ,and you painted the vast open space with humped rock formation idyllic with wind vane and clumps of bushes scattered over the dry earth. The mound reveals the barren swollen earth with variants of grey and sap green. The Karroo seems to be engraved in mind as it never changes in any season, a constant terrain and desert!

Thank you for your kind comments Heather and Angela. I too Angela have the Karroo terrain very much fixed in my mind and love painting it at different times during the year!

Another excellent Karroo painting David.
