I like your granulated background. Can't beat French ultramarine and burnt sienna for granulation. It appears these two colours have been used in greater saturation in your foreground figures. This makes for a harmonised composition. I like it.

This shows the relationship between Becca and her beloved horse Bob as she makes sure he is tucked up for the night in his stable. It was the genuine feeling between them that inspired me to paint them.
