Maravilhosa! What a wonderful composition of motifs; I am loving interpreting the individual elements in this. On holiday one year, I came across a fisherman mending nets and every so often he'd pick up an old hammer and strike the net a few times, to help get the tangles out I think but I don't know. You could hear him tapping in the distance, like a marine woodpecker, from our room, but only after seeing him did I know what it was.
