Thank you David, I have never visited The Holy land but it's how I imagine it to be..only flown over Jordan and did feel quite a presence of dry and rocky terrain...it was profound even though could only look out of the aeroplane window... Anyway started back again this week in loose style painted in acrylic on watercolour pad.. many thanks and to your dear wife too.

Started painting in loose style as wanted to create a nativity scene on card for the children. First the shepherds, next the three kings and third the Inn where the Christ child was born
