Painted yet another batch of Sunflowers yesterday. Once one starts painting a certain subject it becomes interesting how the colours seen to ignite different poses as this one started out with painting the seed pods and then the petals followed like a rhythm of sorts! I am pleased with how the foliage turned out as the leaves are large and required careful mixing and blending to produce different tones of green.
