Hello Angela Susan! I have been absent over a year as I have not painted a stroke. I miss it so. Perhaps I'll be able to paint again after viewing you wonderful Kookaburra. It would go so well next to my swan. I am an Angela Harrison fan!

Painted this bird for my youngest daughter. I started a sketch in coloured pencil then added watercolour and acrylic for its feathers. This bird is Indigenous to Australia and has the most comical laugh as it vocalizes!
