A decorated painting of a local icon; the Peace Pagoda in Milton Keynes. Another piece of course work. This is influenced by the current exhibition at the MK Gallery which explores south Asian miniatures and their influence on British painting and vice-versa. I have used gouache, watercolour, ink and metallic Sharpie pens. A3 on Bockingford CP(NOT) paper. The main picture in attempt at the style of Brian Cook's (Batsford) travel book covers (which I love).
