This painting is my memory of past vacations that I still carry in my heart. While creating this piece, I was returning in my mind to that sunny day when I stood before the magnificent Trevi Fountain. The warm colors are exactly the light I saw then - those golden ochres, oranges, and blues that stayed with me long after returning home. Every brushstroke recreates those feelings of vacation carefreeness and wonder at this baroque jewel.
