One moonless night, shadows came alive. I saw figures around flames from another world. On the left, the Guardian guards dimensions. In center burns red fire emanating cold. On the right, an Observer, perhaps myself. The paints resisted. Red created a portal where time flows differently. I painted through the night. At dawn, figures blinked. Since then, shadows move and flame pulses. This is not a painting, it is a window.
