Inky Quinky Oleg by Amanda Bates

Inky Quinky Oleg

Ahhhh... Quink can dry out in the foullest colours imaginable when water is introduced - or it always used to; a sort of sea-sick bronze from diluted black, I seem to recall. Did you find you had to use much more brush than water, I wonder?

Really? It always seems to separate out to blue and yellow quite pleasantly, and has done since at least 1990.

Flexible little dip pen and Quink. Simples. Left, is Baby Oleg. Right, is Baby Oleg after a run-in with a waterbrush.
