While painting at the Beamish Museum I came upon this old mobile Temperance bar wasting away in the corner of a field next to a quoits pitch. As I was painting en plein air that day and the weather was ok I set up. 5 hours later, I was packing up feeling very good about myself. it is oil on canvas board and measures 16 by 20 inches.
