The title is a song by peter Gabriel Genesis, the song is a bout eviction, but rings a bell with me as I was born in Harlow New Town whereall the action takes place. John Pebble works for styx enterprise, and has recently bought up old slum houses, and built new flats in Harlow New town, he has employed Mark Hall, to persuade the hapless owners to move, with the enicment of money, Once agreed, funnuly the new rent goes up.
