The work I did today in the class I go to started with a pattern of lines (I had sketched those beforehand on paper), then started working in the spaces with the first layer of colour. Then it was obvious it needed to be turned upside down, and I saw abstract water and landforms, which dictated how I progressed it. Some helpful suggestions from the class tutor, and I now think it is finished. I ran out of time to photograph it in daylight (it's night here now), so will possibly do that tomorrow then put it on the Gallery. I find that I do better with abstraction if I just let the works evolve as they go along.

I ended up having to do a sunflower because of this thread 😂😂 I tried out my new home made alcohol inks on tile to do it, just playong tho nothing serious. I think im going to do it properly now as i like it so much.
