A solid weekend work behind me now. Used the arms from one phot and another image. Not happy with the definition of them so will go back to them and one of the eyes isn't right.

I really enjoy seeing your military paintings as my son is a Marine. Love how you manage to capture the strength of character. This man looks like a real do-er, if you know what I mean. Please check out the painting, I have started of my son in WIP!

Few spent yesterday, mostly spent the weekend entertaining my son..... Daddy Daddy Daddy...... Very happy with this now, not far from finishing I think.

Thank you Derek. Had plenty of issues with this one. Original phot is not the best, plus had to add the arms in. Determination in getting it right has paid off I think. Colin is happy too.
