I’ve been working on this night scene for the past couple of days and have had to stop as my masking fluid is too gloopy and the new stuff will not arrive for a week.  But what is the title?  Is it the Joni Mitchell song or the Frank Sinatra or the Petula  Clarke one.

Thanks for the comments Denise and Tony.  I only have one reservation about the Joni Mitchell song and that is that when it first came out I envisioned a London style taxi painted yellow, not a Toyota as in my picture.  The London taxis are bigger! My husband immediately thought of the Sinatra song as he was with me when I took the reference photo and he knows where it was.  I will wait and see what others say.

I don’t think I will be limited by one title after all, so it will be Big yellow taxi, Downtown, New York.
