This Is a sketch I did to be a watermark image of sorts for a Book I wrote In 2008 Called "A Phoenix Dream"    I did a few drawings and paintings for that book, even my mother did a couple...  After 15 years I decided it was time to update or redo this... I thought I could re-ink it with digital pens and brushes to make something new...

Started to re-ink and add more texture and detail to create more interest... In the background as well as there was nothing before.... adding some color..

This is where I am at now....  Not quite finished yet...  added a lot more color and detail, as well as blending....... Also created some leaves for interest and background color with airbrushing..... I will probably be finished later today or tomorrow....
