This one's been on hold since March while I regained my mojo and finished the Ferrari I was working on. Now I'm fired up again I want to keep the momentum going so I primed a board for this Beetle yesterday and got it drawn out and the sky roughed in tonight. Needs some finessing, but it's a start... I've owned stuff of a similar vintage Marjorie, although mine had large fins and thirsty engines :)

More progress this weekend - I actually got it further on but the pics were atrocious :) I seem to be fired up - maybe because I've got two Mustangs to do next!

Had a couple of days off this one through one thing and another (football) but got a decent day on it today: If all goes well it'll be somewhere close to finished by Monday. Anth.

Thanks Lew! Going to try and squeeze a couple of hours in later between dropping my daughter off at her Year 10 leavers do in my Mustang and going to see my mate's band later on :) Would love to have the car finished tonight/tomorrow morning. Anth.

Finished this one today: I did some corrective work around the lense flare after this was taken, just a bit of tidy up, but nothing major. The owner of the Beetle loves it, which is always a good start :) Anth
