Just a quick question, I sent a small canvas I painted to my cousin in Sweden yesterday as it is her birthday in a few days. She isn't aware I have taken up painting, so, she will get a bit of a surprise. I put cardboard, front and back. double wrapped it in bubble wrap, then it went in a thick bubble wrap envelope. Airmail. Do you think it will arrive undamaged. Thanks.

Hopefully you've dome enought there to protect it. (Thick cardboard I hope) I've sent flat canvas abroad, but not stretch or box canvas (as yet), but have sent all canvas types within the UK without any issue.  I usually wrap the picture in paper or thin card, then bubble wrap, then an outer thick cardboard box.
I usual wrap in tissue, then bubble wrap followed by stiff card. The whole thing then is encased in a cardboard box. I've not had any problems yet. I'm sure yours will be OK.
Thanks Helen and Frank.
