I’m normally a terrible procrastinator when it comes to the fiddlesome stuff, but this time I thought I’d jump in and work top-to-bottom on the Mustang, fiddlesome or not: I’ve got 18 days before I start the new job so I want this one with its owner well before that!

A powerful image so far.  Love it.
Decent day on the Mustang today:   Taking some working out as the reflections on the reference photo are all wrong. Great fun!
Looking good Anth. I absolutely love the ST colour, what did you use?  It would make a change from my black car colour and make painting it more interesting.  Perhaps in the real world a vinyl wrap is on the cards for the future!  Might do a bit of painting this PM as I was half way with cutting the lawn when the heavens opened!
Hi Steve, I used several out-of-the-tube oranges but the mid tone is Cad Yellow Deep and the dark tones at the front are Crimson, Permanent Rose and Burnt Umber. The lighter areas also use Naples Yellow. I’m a lot braver than I used to be with colour as I used to paint an orange car orange, if you know what I mean :)  Had another good day today, think that I’ll have this one finished by Monday:
Thanks for that info re the colours.  Look forward to seeing it finished and what you choose to do next!
Duplicated sorry!

Once again....c'est fini! Was hoping to have it completed tomorrow, but once I got onto the remaining detail I couldn't stop :) Just hope Jason is happy with it now.
He ought to be! Fabulous work.
Excellent.   A really good job you have  done.  A very nice pair of cars and great attention to detail and relections.  The honeycomb grill on the ST must have taken some care.
It looks fabulous!
