Hi all, I'm relatively new to using oils (artisan water mixable in this case), my first attempt was a little red boat which I posted in the gallery & this is my second attempt. I'm still trying to finish this off, but if anyone has any constructive comments about the process I've used, or anything else, I'd be very grateful as I'm basically making it up as I go along at the moment! Thanks all.

Apologies... I appear to have fallen victim to the photo rotation (they are the correct way on my phone and laptop!). If anyone knows how to fix it, let me know...

photo rotate - find the pic in the folder on laptop right click gives Properties rotate open in a viewer, should be ok

Thank you for your comments and encouragement Sylvia - the background has caused me some headaches as I wasn't sure the best / easiest way to do it. I will try it your way on my next project and see if it makes it any easier! Tony - Thank you for your suggestion, but my photos are already rotated the correct way on my laptop, it's just when i upload onto here that they get flipped over. I shall try though and see if it makes any difference.
