There was a time - around 55 years ago - when I too was addicted to bricks (and stones). I did numerous drawings, in those old grey wavy-line covered sketchbooks Rowneys used to make, with my 4B Staedtler Tradition pencil, and probably a bit of ink - and I have lost every damn' one. I doubt very much that they were as good as my memory tells me they were, but I'm going to dive into my trove of sketchbooks to see if I can find just one of them, so I can prove that I too had the obsession.
But I did leave it behind: probably, I was getting oblongs before the eyes - I don't really remember. Had I persevered - you and I might be rivals today!
Oh, PS - it's an outstandingly good drawing.
