38x26cms on a gift of a cropped piece of very good watercolour paper. An old watercolour of mine, soon to be transformed into an acrylic using cards. The original of this won me a good prize at a local exhibition.
I shall.watch with interest because frankly, I'm lost...

D'Daaa! ere'tis. Acrylic version of an old watercolour of mine titled Night Shopping from years back, which won prizes. The colours are more vibrant and the sky is too light and should have been greyer, but I like it anyway and it was good to use one of my works as reference. The purists will no doubt berate me for defiling a supeb piece of watercolour paper, heavy stuff, that I was gifted last week, but so what - it was there to be used and I'm not into all the skills and touch I once had in that medium.
Tnaks David (Magaizines?) and Syd
Good job Derek. You don't have to obey any rules apart from the law. glad you like it too.
Nice work Derek I had a feeling from the first pic I saw this would be some kind of city, is that a market on the left?
