I'd have whipped him into a nice plain corduroy in no time at all - but I suspect this portrait is from an old photo.
Intrigued by the method used to achieve the dog's tooth texture - do tell us more; not that I'm planning on doing it, because it'd be hard work however achieved; and I'm rather disenchanted with hard work, ageing as I am. But still .... let us in on it.
