Yeah yeah yeah, I know I haven't finished Jenny's portrait yet, but I had to get a start on this latest automotive work. I've only blocked the background in so far but even that's a good start. Stay tuned for more progress!

Blue? Blue?!!! *Sucks air in through clenched teeth. Very risky; everybody knows Ferraris are s'posed to be red. Seriously - you can't beat a nice Ferrari.I'll watch out for the next episode

Actually, yellow is the "standard" Ferrari colour in the US

Same here....although I think it's possibly the only colour I've never owned, unless you count the old '58 Plymouth I had for a while in spray filler... :)

Don't doubt that Syd, just because they've got the money for expensive cars doesn't mean they won't try to dodge stuff like road tax. Little tinkers :)

Hmmm....plans and all that - was hoping to have this one finished over the Christmas hols but needless to say that didn't happen. Did shut myself in the studio with a couple of cans of Monster and the first series of the IT Crowd yesterday though, and got the wheel finished:

Got the tyre most-parts finished after I took this as well, so might even try and get some bodywork done tonight! Anth

The sun seems to have done the trick....I'm fired up again after months of creative drought. Completed a painting for charity last week and now back onto the Ferrari! Front tyre finished other than tread detail, and started on the bodywork at long last!
