I think you were right that it's better upside down from your original intention; and I wonder what size it is - on a large scale, this would work well; not so sure about a smaller scale. It's a pity cameras won't pick up the sparkly bits, in a way (though in another, it emphasizes the uniqueness of the work) - I'm not normally too keen on the proliferation of mediums and additives for use with acrylics: while they work here so far, in your place I'd stop now. But I'm not in your place, and it ain't my painting - so just an observation from a non-abstract painter.
