Since the new introduction of some hefty regulations here in Sweden about Artists Paint (for example you cannot buy lead based white in Sweden). It was interesting when W&N brought out their water based oils-
My wife tried them first and I reluctantly had a go- I have to say they are OK-
Since I've always admired J.M.W Turner's etheral light in some of his works and that I know he used water based 'glazes' over his oils the water based oil products will be a definite medium to play with in the future for me...
Anyone got some experience of this to speak of?
