Could be maintenance or overloaded....... I did not receive emails either about threads.... Websites can have their problems but always for a short time.
First of all, I hope you all have a sense of humour - or at least a sense of the rdiculous. Because I did actually attempt a small plein air watercolour today. And it was RAINING. Lots. I even used rainwater from a nice clean puddle on some stonework to wash my brush. There were some pretty effects but they mostly washed away. Here is what was left: (I understand that it is possible to paint plein air watercolour in less rain - a light drizzle, perhaps; anyone have any tales to tell?) It was a window at the ruins of Netley Abbey, by the way.
