I recently bought a watercolour instruction book through Painters Books because it
seemed interesting and it was cheap.It. was all about light in watercolours.the paintings
are done iin vivid colours never see in nature but beautiful nevertheless. we see pink
and yellow buildings with ult. blue shadows and brilliant red roofs.Trees aremixes of
green ,yellow and blue and the skies ar a mauve hue .Now I dont see most of these colours when i look at the buidings and trees etc and I wonder How the artist
arrived at them .they are the colours of jelly beans and not what is there .how do they do that even though it looks nice and decorative?
Syd??
