In the Dec. . issue of LP magazine David Bellamy has painted some bare trees which appear to have no branches coming towards you or going away from the trunk on the reverse His trees with foliage have only small bits of the trunk.showing because of the obscuring foliage so these masses of twigs should appear right down the tree but the space inside the tree envelope is empty on his bare trees. Have a look and see what i mean. strange omission for a well known artist. methinks. :-(Syd
