But before I do go and start the holiday washing......one thought comes to mind. <div>Whilst I was on the lovely Greek island and having yet another Ouzo....Metaxa....white wine . Someone had seen me sketching and painting and asked the question about how light affects artists. <div>As I looked at the clear turquoise water and silver sand and pure blue sky ( I sound like a travel brochure ! ) Yes it does affect how I paint , how I look at something, how I work. Yet here in North Wales I love the more subtle colour , and softness. </div><div>Though arriving back into a rainy Manchester with its greys and drab browns , inspiration flew out of the window. </div><div>So, question, how do you feel about light and the different types of light ?</div><div>The washing machine is now full. </div></div>
