There are multiple reasons for this post. Steve Cronin does loads of videos, which as I go through all the demo vids on YouTube, I keep finding new ones. Anyway the link at the bottom of he post just happens to be about the materials he uses, and therefore; 1/ Alan Owen - I tried to e-mail this link to you the other day but for whatever reason, it is stuck in my out box. I thought the video camera position and his palette tray that makes that camera angle usable might interest you. 2/ Paint brushes, he does virtually everything with a hake. Since it looks so useful, yesterday I went and bought the Ron Ranson small hake. I am hoping its water holding capacity and chisel edge will be interesting to experiment with. 3/ This video might be helpful to someone starting out, as he is a prolific painter but has few materials and is quite happy with the Cotman range. 4/ That palette ...... Quite an interesting way to go, as he does not seem to have a clear mixing area. A lot of his pictures are dark (short of being considered muddy colours) but I just wondered what the group here thought about hat palette. Link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSTcmxZEcPU
