I'd like to say : "Hi" to all of you as a new registrant. I have been fond of drawing since grade school and used to draw characters from comic books, in the final years of high school other activities took over and I haven't done anything for over 4 decades. Am retired now and returned to my sorely neglected hobby, chose watercolors to learn painting, biught some instructional videos (Bob Davies and Jake Winkle) and have been practicing for about 7 months now. Finally gathered enough courage to "feel" like a painter and register on this site.
I've posted 3 paintings that I did in the last 3 months and I sincerely hope that you are willing to take a couple of minutes to check them out and your advice or critique is most welcome. Please be as straightforward as you want, I've long learned that only those who mean well tell you things you may not like hearing :-)
