Does anyone have a preference for either masking tape or parcel tape when stretching paper or attaching mounts? I had been using masking tape for both purposes then heard parcel tape was better. I bought a huge roll and have used it diligently since but I'm not quite sure that the benefits out-way the drawbacks. It's extra work having to cut the strips and wet them before applying.
Is it just preference or is there a reason?
