Does anyone know what can be used to make my own granulation medium? I find the small bottles by people like Windsor and Newton rather expensive and wondered if it was possible to make a cheaper alternative.
I'm not sure what you mean by a granulation medium, but I've used builders sand, mixed with acrylic matt medium. I've also put some sea shells in pestle and mortar to pulverise it, before mixing it with paint for a more robust texture. So both options practically free.
thanks but that isn't what I'm talking about. It is a liquid you add to your water and the pigment granulates. I'm not searching for a texture.
