Does anyone have a remedy for cockled paper? I was preparing my work for our groups small exhibition and was keen to get one particular painting framed because the paper had cockled. I thought when it was nice and firmly framed the cockling wouldn't show. It looks even worse though and it is one of my favourites. I have no problem with this normally and I don't stretch my paper as a rule but for some reason (perhaps because I used hot pressed smooth) this chose to cockle. I have tried ironing on the the back but nothing seems to help. Are there any magic solutions or do I keep it hidden and live and learn :-(
