Where are you on your artistic journey? If we don't know that, we can't sensibly advise.
If you're a new painter, Leisure Painter should suit you. If you're a professional, or at least more advanced, then there's The Artist, or Artists and Illustrators (different publishers).
There's also International Artist - the strengths of this publication are that it straddles learner painter and professional, and it has superb colour printing in a very substantial package. The weaknesses - it can be crammed with typographical errors in any given edition, and is heavily geared towards the US market - eg, photographic quality work, boardroom painting styles, an extremely conservative approach overall.
There's also an American Artists magazine, and others in Australia, New Zealand - all of which you could subscribe to if you wanted to.
I've never yet found an artists' magazine I just couldn't do without, quite honestly - they all suffer from a high degree of repetition, and I don't see how they can expect to avoid it.
